Q.

my baby boy is 5 months old & he use to suck anything near him ..now i m taking care of dat but because of dat from 1 week he is suffering from loose motions .. plz suggests some medicine ..

A. if you are giving only breastfeeding then there is a possibility that slightly loose to semi solid stool may be present intermittently. if you see that it is totally watery and also you are giving outside milk then it is advisable to get the child examined by the doctor to rule out any digestion problem or any infection. need of probiotics and zinc has to be evaluated. in the meantime kindly continue breastfeeding to prevent dehydration. you can give ors also if water loss is more if there is blood in the stool then kindly meet the doctor immediately because it can be dysentery also.

Hi mommy Give teether Give adequate feeding Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration
