Q.

my baby boy is 5 months .his gum is swollen and since 4 days he stools 10-12 times.today 4th day he vomits thrice.is this happened in teeth coming? can I use paediatric Syp ofloxacin+metronidazole with Syp paracetamol for stools

A. nee to be examined . You can consult a doctor near by or your pediatrician for examination of baby for proper treatment and management of required . No need to worry for now for this . . .
