my baby boy is 5 months 12 days old.now he wakes up frequently at night for feeding.so he and me both can not sleep properly.what should I do?. can I give other food before he turns 6 months old?

A. Namaste Mom Yes weaning foods could be introduced now , so you could probably give him initially liquid consistency foods , were in you could give dal, rice water, vegetable soup, fresh fruit juices etc , once he is accepting it well move to semi solid and mashed consistency foods.
