Q.

my baby boy is 5.5months old...on a fine day i served him a half table spoon of cerelac( rice) but after 4hrs he vomitted cerelac again after 10min he vomitted milk for 2times..is problem in my kid or with cerelac? which solid food is best for my baby ?

A. Hi Mom, If you are newly started to give solid foods to your baby, it may happens. Instead of cerelac, you try to give banana puree, apple purees or dal ka pani like that. Initially give one or two tbsp, if baby responds well you can go ahead with that same fruit or you can try with some other fruits or vegetables.
