my baby boy is 4months 20days mostly 5month is running and he have phlegm cough so doctor given derinides 0.5mg and composition 2.5ml given this nebulizer it's safe for 5months baby please let me know

it is important to follow the instructions opinion advice and medicines course given by your doctor for the problem .
they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not take medicines not prescribed by the doctor .
take a follow up in few dsays if it is not improving for need of treatment modification or any lab / radiological investigations.
