My baby boy is 49 days old. He is a premature baby with 34 weeks gestation. Sometimes when he vomits, milk comes from mouth and as well as from Nose. After feeding, I am making him to burp well. Even then it's coming from Nose sometimes. Is this a serious issue. What can be done to Prevent this..

A. since the baby is a premature baby there will be for development of gastroesophageal sphincter it will take some time for the baby to have control vomitings . .
