Q.

My baby boy is 4 months old he fell from bed on the floor. He got hurt backside of the head and has swollen.. He slept for one hour and woke up normally.. he had milk also.. He is now laughing and playing normally.. there are no other symptoms as of now.. I'm worried about his head swollen.. pls advice on this..

A. it is important to keep the child for observation for at least 48 hours and if the child develops danger signs like severe headache or excessive crying or excessive vomiting or abnormal movements or lethargy or seizures then kindly meet your doctor immediately for examination. d if none of above danger signs are present then you can follow wait and watch policy for pain you can xgive paracetamol which will help in also decreasing swelling on the head. also apply ice locally.

A. hello if the babies doing all fine may not be a problem but just check for the injuries if any and anything major it would be better to check your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly and absolutely nothing to worry about and not a problem but be careful
