my baby boy is 4 months 23 days old he is completely on breast feeding his stool is green from 2 days he goes 3-4 times is it to worry

A. pic is not clear. but is tge green stool is watery than visit ur doctor.. or if it is semi soliid n soft than no need to worry. o.k.
