Q.

my baby boy is 4 month old his body temperature is 98.6 under armpit shall I consider it as fever. can I give crocin drops

A. nope, it's not fever!! A normal temperature in babies and children is about 36.4C (97.5F), but this can vary slightly. A fever is usually considered to be a temperature of 38C (100.4F) or above.

A. Your child has a fever if his or her body temperature his higher than normal. A normal temperature is 98.6°F when checking by mouth. Some doctors ask you to check your baby or young child's temperature rectally (in their bottom). Normal for that method is 99.6°F.
