my baby boy is 4 month and 16 days old should I start with additional food or formula milk as he is completely depended on breastmilk. I m just concern is breastmilk sufficient for him, he is not too healthy or chubby but his height weight fall under normal category as per his age

A. Hi mom Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with solids and water. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means ur feed is sufficient for the baby.
