my baby boy is 3 years old he has cough only at night while sleepimg it has been increasing can i try for an antibiotic

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. no.need just add steam .Cough and cold is due to the seasonal variation or changes in temperature . Mostly it's a viral and will be normal in 3 to 5 days just steam as a home remedy for this. Other montair LC for cold and ascoril for cough can be used

Give turmeric milk twice daily
Give tulsi leaves lemon and honey mixture
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
