My baby boy is 3 months 20 days old. From past 5 days, my baby's poop colour got changed to yellow and gray mixture. is it normal or any problem?

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning it is definitely not normal it indicates that people might be having some sort of infection I would recommend that you would immediately try to visit your pediatrician for a proper clinical examination once
