Q.

My baby boy is 3 month old... n he is on exclusively breast feed his weight is 7.2 kg... Is he over weight???

A. He was born with 3.25 kg weight

A. Seems like it but I don’t know what was the birth rate of your child if your child has even gained a minimum of 3 kg on top of the birth weight then this is justified and also the child is hundred percent breastfeeding still if the child is gaining like this it is not a problem then this weight would be very healthy and justified
