my baby boy is 28 days old, he has severe gas and he continuously passess yellow colour stool in small small amount? what can i do?

Gastrica you can give five drops after confirming with the doctor and motion can be normal in this age because of poor digestion but if the motion is very frequent then you can connect with the doctor can suggest the medicine to regulate the digestion of the child
