Q.

my baby boy is 25 months old. he only speaks number and some alphabets. and very rarely uses 10 words like mamma dada give bye hi hello. but he dosent speak

A. probably baby is having normal milestones It seems that your baby is acquiring milestones according to age there is no need to worry about this all the milestones in the baby are normal you can wait for some more time in the baby no need to worry
