my baby boy is 21 days today...when my baby latch there is always pain in my nipples due to which i am not able to nurse my baby... initially he is not ready to latch at all past few days he started.. also i am pumping my breast milk and give to him... can you please suggest something for this soreness in my nipples.. is it because of pumping or something else

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Soreness is due to sucking. U can apply nipple cream or nip care ointment on the nipples. This will help to give relief. Or u can apply coconut oil or pure desi ghee on nipples as the home remedy
