my baby boy is 2 year from past few days he is having mushy stools and there is sticky foamy like things in his poop I went to doctor she gave him antibiotics and probiotics for 5 days told that he has bacterial infection after completing the course of 5 days then again after one day he did poop and again it was little foamy then next day again he did poop in starting it was normal then again after sometime he came to poop it was again sticky foamy I am not understanding what is happening after giving medicine also his poop is like that
