Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 11 m old boy1 week agoA. Hey! There should be minimum weight gain of 400 to 500 g per month in the first few months after birth. Your baby is doing fine. Continue feeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain.
