shreya goelMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello mom No more than one year old and it is totally safe to start giving thousand Miles to your baby. So yes you can start giving outside milk to your baby. And there are no food restrictions now so you can add anything in babies regular diet plan and baby should take at least four meals in a day.
