PallaviMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hello...give more nutritious healthy diet...more energetic n don't give mobile n all otherwise kids become dull n lazy...It is always advisable to offer a range of healthy foods which means you give variety and all food types...never give only one food type..like include proteins fats various vitamins....healthy options include fresh vegetables (all )and fruits, dairy products (milk, yogurt, cheeses , paneer) or dairy substitutes, lean proteins (beans, chicken clear soup,eggs), and whole-grain cereals and breads with roti n rice n ragi porridge or oats everyday...
