Q.
my baby boy is 12 days old and his poop is hard. from last two days he is feeding from her mother only. is it normal? or any issue.

Its all normal and common
No need to worry
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly it also help baby to make muscle stronger and to reduce gas and constipation
Maintain hydration
