my baby boy is 11months old and last two days he his having a mild fever and with that at first day morning he vomits the milk and that evng he is having fever and motions 5-6 motions inthat three are very watery motions and yesterday he is having slight fever and motions watery and pieces like consistency around 5-6motions and 2vomiting .....I gave him paracetamol syrup each dose 5ml thrice a day and oflocxin and metronidazole syrup 2.5ml twice a day but still his motions are not getting controlled why
