my baby boy is 10 months old. he got a cut on his mouth lips while playing. He fell suddenly on metallic door of table resulted into bleeding from his mouth. I applied dettol n gave oxipod antibiotic, blood has stopped right now. Doctor Sir, is it necessary to give him Titnus injection?

A. hello Mom if you have not given the tetanus injection to the baby in the last 6 months then yes it will be better if you got him injected with tetanus but if you have given it in the last 6 months in there is no need to give it for today
