My baby boy is 1 month 9 days old now. From two days onwards his poop is hard like stone. is it normal or does he need anyvmedical attention.. please suggest.

A. it is advisable to give only breastfeeding to the child because if you give any other milk it might cause such problem and if you are giving outside milk then kindly meet your doctor you may have to change the formula milk
