my baby boy going motions 4/6 times is still very active But the thing any solution

A. If it is occasional is ok, if 4 or 5 times daily for few days means dehydration is possible. Check with nearby doctors they may give prescription and do the follow up. If babys mother taking non veg items and spicey items, occasional loose tools may happen.
