My baby boy does not stand by him self but if we help to stand means he love to walk for few seconds what is the reason pls clarify me

A. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this... so get it examined first
