Q.

my baby boy age 22 months utters single syllable like "na na na" only but does not speak complete words like mumma, naani etc. His understanding is good but has not yet started speaking. What should I do?

A. Hi Babies speak complete words at around 16-18 months U need not to worry but motivate baby to speak by havinv a conversation with the baby frequently If u want u can see a paediatrician or a speech therapist

A. By 15 to 18 months, a child can say meaningful words, and by age 2, they can speak in 2-3 word sentences. Even if not speaking, children often understand commands. If you suspect a delay, consult a pediatrician about potential speech or developmental therapies.
