Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. yes as per the report the child is having pneumonia for which antibiotic needs to be given by the pediatrician and you have to complete the course for minimum of 10 or 14 days and take a follow and along with this your doctor will also give symptomatic treatment for cold and cough as well as nebulization
