my baby boy 44 days old while crying he'll pressure on his stomach and cry I feel it's colic can I give Himalaya bonniespanz drops to baby is it safe to give daily???? kindly suggest.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver.
its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after eachfh feed is very important.
Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.
