Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors anbd nightmares whichg needs to be managed accordingly.

Small babies have different sleep pattern. They will follow proper sleep pattern as they grow up.
if ur baby is active and comfortable when awake, accepting feeds, gaining weight then no need to worry.
