my baby boy 3month old 3days stool not passed?

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he has not passed stool since last 3 days so don’t worry it’s very normal for few babies as they may poop even after 7/9 days too

Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months . you can give bonnitusan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications care required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
