If you see after putting oil it is gently coming out without any problem to the child then you can try to pull it down and if you feel it is not happening then don’t write forcefully get the surgery done the sins are very normal and common please do not worry about it this happens with every I think One out of 10 to 15 kids wo it very normal

Put coconut oil and gently try to pull the screen down still if you feel that the party is not opening then you can get a check with your doctor because ultimately then it is going to be a minor surgery to open the area and that’s very normal so do not worry about that
