my baby boy 1yr 4m old he has only 4teeth please tell why my baby's teeths come slow?

Its not slow it is pretty much on time your child is going to have entire set of teeth by the age of 2 to 3 years so as of now there is nothing at all that you need to worry about it completely fine every child has a different growth So your child will get all its teeth when the time is right
