my baby boy 10 months old now. baby skin also dark but his face colour normal ..plz suggiest me any changes my baby colour local applyies

Baby will get actual skin colour by the time baby completes 1 year dear. It is normal to change skin colour in initial year after birth.
Don't use any cream dear. Do massage well with coconut oil or olive oil. Give Home made nutritious food.
