Q.
my baby boy 1 year and 2 months old. 3 months back my baby fallen down from bed. his back side head swollen, no vomiting. swelling is still there is there any problem

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is important to keep the child for observation for at least 48 hours and if the child develops danger signs like
severe headache or
excessive crying or
excessive vomiting or
abnormal movements or
lethargy or
seizures then kindly meet your doctor immediately for examination.
if none of above danger signs are presentd then you can follow wait and watch policy
for pain you can give paracetamol which will help in also decreasingd swelling on the head.
also apply ice locally.
