Q.
my baby boy 1 year 3 months old.....he drink milk formula milk .....can I add jeggory surp instead suger....white jeggory surp is good good

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. if it is natural then you can definitely add to the milk otherwise you can go for directly jaggery powder mixing in the milk and it is always better than sugar

Hi parent Well, usually jaggery and milk combination is considered as an opposite food (विरुद्ध आहार) As she's of one year or so, you should give her the foods like probiotics millets and citrus fruits than formula don't use RO water Take sunbath daily
