my baby boy 1.5 years old . He is not able to walking

if a child is not able to walk independently by the age of 18 months then you should consult your pediatrician.
otherwise no need to worry
just give Gentle massage on legs with Babyhug massage oil.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day.
