Q.

My baby born with caesar Operation for 2 days my wife was not well so we feed my baby with lactogin.. and after that we try breastfeeding but he was not able to do as her nipple was very broad after a week v purchased nipple puller device.. now its 1 month completed but my baby still want bottle milk .. he is still not accepting breastfeeds... we started with nestle Lactogin now v r using Farex no1 ... what i can do ... when v try hard .. he start cry like anything so at the end we have to gv him bottle milk ... is bottle milk will affect his health ...????

A. more you feed your baby, more is the stimulation and more is the breast milk production. also relaxed mind , love for the baby, confidence while feeding help in oxytocin release and hence augment milk production. babies tend to prefer easier way of feeding . avoid use of bottles to avoid nipple confusion. restrict formula slowly so that baby will try to suck more at breast.
