my baby born on 2nd September 2021 when can I start solid food to her.. and I have a confusion is she 5 month old or 6 month old

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, solid foods should be introduced only after the completion of 6 months. So, after 2nd March 2022, you should introduce solid foods. Until then you should exclusively breastfeed.
