my baby body temperature is 98.1..what is the range of body temperature which triggers fever.. pls reply urgently.

Always measures temperature in armpits only.
No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F.
If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion
Treat that accordingly.
Keep ur baby well hydrated.
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.

Just breast feed well... Maintain comfortable room temperature,
