my baby body is heat but there no temperature 97.8recently he is having a infection and fever from 1month and he is cure but the body is heat no temperature is it fever?

A. it's not fever, temp above 100F is fever.. do check further properly.. or if you are concern, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
