NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello blood group and food is no where related and you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby complete 6 months and if the bm is not sufficient then give baby infant formula milk stage q using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug which should be better and safe
