Q.
My baby as gastric issues, his belly button is swollen up and he still passes watery yellow/green coloured stool. he is active takes feed properly but i am worries about the gastric thing. giving him xymex and neopeptine drops. please suggest

Hello mom if the baby is on your feed then would suggest that you take care of your diet as the initial 40 to 45 days you have to be mindful and prefer only easy to digest foods, only . and have enough fluids to keep yourself hydrated. make sure the baby burps after every feed
