my baby always smiles at others and rise her hand twist her wrists like saying hi..some people tell that it is early symptoms of autism..is it true..I an worried about it

no ,it is not necessary.
autism is not that much common .
so proper dignose is needed .
please don't listen such comments.
as per my opinion,if a child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about anything.
but yes ,if you have any doubt or if you notice any abnormalities along with this then you must consult your pediatrician for once.
