Q.

my baby always have a cold and dry cough what to do? Doctor give her Ambrolit D+ syrup.

A. Hello, your baby girl is 25 months old and she is getting a cold and dry cough so mostly she is having a post nasal drib which causes irritation of Uvula leading to dry cough so consult with ENT specialist

You Should give it to the child as per your doctors instructions but if it is frequent and regular with your child then I believe your child is suffering with some kind of an allergy in this case I am going to tell you advise you to go ahead with the homoeopathic doctor consultation I think you will get better and permanent results with that
