my baby aged 3yr 6 month , having temp approx 102°,now, may be heat strok , from today he vomit 2 times after having breakfast, and lunch. he fill tiredness what precaution and medicene can, provide, or any home remedies or can we give any fever medicene...

So it's better to get the solution in a correct way .
You cfan also consult online to a doctor for the same as a detailed discussion can be donce .

Hi Mam I provided you three different solutions already and that is what you can do out of those solutions that I am advising if you keep asking the same question you are not going to get any different answers because these are the only things possible right now that you can do last if you don’t want to do anything then you immediately go and visit your paediatrician maybe what Dr is going to advise you will give you a clear understanding over the situation
