my baby age is 3 months, she had hair fall at back side of head and she also have small white dots on her face , can u please give us your valuable suggestion regarding this

so better to visit your pediatrician for once

for hair fall ,such kind of hair fall is caused by sleeping on same position for long time.
so please alter the position once your child fall asleep.
apply coconut oil daily on your child hair
use mild shampoo like Babyhug shampoo for washing your child hair
