Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. 5 months baby passing green colour stool The colour of the stool in the baby will be ranging from light yellow to dark green depending on the type of feeding a baby will be taking green colour stool is absolutely normal unless it is smelling bad are very watery inconsistency

T I can probably be lose motion is having its teeth or maybe a stomach infection which is why the motion colour is green and it is lose motion so you should get it checked because after that only you can know what is the reason and accordingly the right medication can be started
