Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please do the following things: offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet avoid giving extreme spicy and sugary food keep your child well hydrated provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day spend quality time with your child offer age appropriate toys avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets at this tender age . maintain good hygiene.
