my baby 9 month old now having lot of sleeping trouble since his birth he doesn't know how to sleep even after bm he struggles alot not able to sleep I give him pacifier even sings Lori but all in vains he cries sit up when lie on bed

Author of questionMom of a 4 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. he use to play at night I usually keeps him in stroller in morning and day because I m alone in home and doesn't let him alone while working in home I even not keep him on floor yet because of dog who have hair fall my baby puts hands and foot into mouth he only play or crawl on bed

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same time the diet should be easily digestible and not very fheavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that also can lead to digestion problem and that can disturb the sleep.
also it is important to look for any environmental disturbancec which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem
